Deposit & Billing Information: A Non-refundable 50% retainer fee and signed contract are required to secure your event reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. For your convenience, you may also pay the balance in full. Travel fees may apply. Please understand that we take every measure to ensure our availability on your date, but our schedule does fill up quickly! We accept all major credit cards.

Delivery
We arrive a minimum of one hour prior to your service period to load-in and setup. There is an added travel charge of $2 per mile round-trip beyond our normal delivery area.

We can also work with you to design a custom package that fits your event and your budget. Call us for special off-season or non-peak day rates.

Q: What’s included in the package?
A: You receive unlimited, free photos throughout the event. Our support staff is also available during the event to make sure everything runs smoothly. We handle delivery and take out as well as coordinating logistics prior to the event (we will do a “walk through” several weeks prior to the event if we are unfamiliar with the location.)

Q: What is a "Talking Photobooth"?
A:
There are audio prompts which lead your guests through their photo booth session, alerting them to get ready for the next photo. Funny audio prompts are interjected at random, based in part on what is taking place inside the booth. When the buzz spreads that the photo booth “spoke” to them, everyone will want to visit the booth as much for the entertainment value as for the photos!

Q: How many photos can we take?
A: Unlimited. Your guests can enjoy as many photo sessions as they like during the contracted times of operation.

Q: How many people can fit in an ePod?
A: We’ve seen up to 6 people fit! Usually 2 to 4 people at a time fit comfortably!

Q: Do we have to wait for the photo strips to come out before taking another one?
A: No, you just keep jumping back in with your friends or colleagues and cue the touch-screen. The photo booth will keep up with you.

Q: Are there negatives produced?
A: No, the ePod photo booth doesn't produce a negative. However, the digital photo booth records all photos during the event and a photo DVD is included in the package.

Q: When do you set up and is that part of the hourly fee?
A: We usually set up the photo booth one to two hours prior to the event to ensure perfect performance. You'll get 4 hours of actual operation; set up and tear down is done outside of that and is included in the price.

Q: Can we personalize the photo booth?
A: Yes.  For an additional fee, we can create custom artwork for one of the exterior panels on the ePod. These can be  photos of the bride and groom, a company logo or anything which you choose.
